Technical Writer Services

I have a unique situation?

This is one of those situations where I think I should go to college...

and yet I don't want one of those technical/service/office-jobs, such as:

librarian, teacher, nurse, biologist, accounting, finance, chemist
engineering, historian, writer, economist, mail-man, musician, math-matician, etc

About the only thing that interests me is: math-matician yet that is't even that great.

I'd much rather do something like: a sushi-cook, or work in alternative-health

How would other people approach this
- should I get a bachelors and then try an artsy-type job?

Sushi Chef would be related to cookery I'd imagine, but it sounds like a very specific course probably involve going to Japan, maybe? I suggest seeing your local careers advisor. I know in the UK there are places called Connexions that help people with that, but I don't know where you are.

Also, this is the wrong section by the way!
