Can anybody find a mistake in these lines?

I am trying to write my thesis but English is not my native language. Please, check my text for mistakes, please, thanks:
“The Programs have been developed since 1995 to date. They show these processes of experimentation and validation of the curricular proposal based on the Competency-Based Approach, through different projects with the support of sponsoring organizations such as Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) and SDC, among others, in agreement with the Ministry of Education.
Furthermore, the creation of the General Directorate of Professional Technical Education as a regulatory agency for the development of the Technologic, Pedagogical and Technical-Productive Education, results transcendental, historic and strategic to look with optimism the technological training in Mexico.”

no i cant find a single mistake at all well done ! except you need to break down your sentances as you only have three and they are quite big and the reader may lose interest of your passage.
