Inspection report states burn markings a HVAC?
"There are visible burn marks on the rafters and/or sheathing (decking) at the flue pipe of the HVAC system"_We got a home inspection done; this is one thing that was written in the report. Should this be a concern, what caused the burn marks? Does it need to be fixed immediately, should we fix it or ask the seller to?
What cause it may have been fixed. Have it checked by a professional. Don't just assume that it has been fixed.
