How to get a 3rd grader to love to write.?

My 3rd grader is a super smarty pants. But when it come to writing a paragraph or book report forget about it. She doesn't know where to start. She can't start a sentence. she doesn't know what to write. Does anybody know of any workbook or website that teaches ways to creatively write to this age group. Any teachers out there with suggestions?
Any websites guys. Be creative isn't enough. can you tell me how to be creative.
Found some ideas on my own thought I'd share them with the rest of you. My 3rd grader is an avid reader. She sneaks books in bed with her when she is suppose to be sleeping.

Being a "super smarty pants", she probably likes to read, so I don't think that's the problem (as it is with my sister), but it sounds more like she doesn't know how to organize her ideas on paper.

If she's a visual person, she might find it easier to make a brainstorming chart to help get the ideas flowing.
