I have to discuss my personal strengths and limitations in being a professional social worker and in graduate?

Some of my personal strengths that I feel that I can bring to the field of social work are my being caring in regards to the needs and feelings of others, listening to individuals, and having good interpersonal and communication skills. I also believe that I can also bring my language skills of speaking spanish to the field of social work. As far as my administrative abilities, I am very efficient with writing quarterly, reports, and paperwork documentation. I also have leadership strengths, in I recently was nominated and received the award for "Change Leader 2008" in my improving the quality of lives of my clients by my meeting their medical and social needs.

you never said your limitations. but rather than say your are caring and a good listener it would probably be better to say that with your interpersonal capabilities you can offer patients an outlet to work through their problems
