how can i improve my understanding of english language..[grammar]?

hi..i thought i know good english..bt..recently i got the result of my exams n i figured out. . i m getting 84.25 of 100.. i.e A- or A2...

i got 20/20 in section a - reading
22/25 in section b - writing skills
11.5/25 in section c - grammar
28.5/30 in section d - literature.
how can i improve in section c i.e grammar.. specially reported speech .. direct n indirect etc.. thanks!..
