Writing Technical Report

I'm going to write a computer hardware technical report about Nokia E63 but i don't know what to write? help!!?

i'm learning application programming. the course i have to write this technical report is intro to IT.
I've already done the covered page ..i don't know what to write in the abstract and introduction..they look pretty the same, don't they??

I imagine the introduction would similar to a marketing brochure. E.g. this phone is good at ABC, the demographic of people who would use this phone are at XYZ. Then technical/abstract would be specifications ?Mb of memory, 3G?, what operating system? weight? colour?

Just taking a guess from my time studying...
