How do you write a method for a biology experiment about growing bacteria?

Bio experiment that I had to design and I have to write a report on it and i need to write a method. help me how do i write them????

The methods section should have enough detail, so that an educated biologist should be able to repeat what you did. Thus you need to provide the material you worked with (and any sources of the living material), the controls you set up, how you measured time and density of bacteria.... what types of plates did you use, temperature that you used, etc., and any statistical tests you used, if you used such tests.
