how to write a body of knowledge report for becoming a librarian?

I would like to know how to write a body of knowledge report. I am trying to register for LIANZA but the criteria is that I have to write this body of knowledge report. The principal and Teacher Librarian an the school has already written a report for me.
If I wrote a body of knowledge report is it just the job description and C.V and would I just bullet point what I do in my job or describe what i do on everyday?
Does anyone have an example of a body of knowledge report?

I have research the internet but to no avail.

The reason you can't find any info on "body of knowledge" is because it has no meaning in real life. The body of knowledge is the sum total of all learning on the planet. That obviously is not what they are looking for.

So just write about what you would want to know if you were interviewing a candidate for a job. Tell about yourself, your interests, your work habits, your desires. Then send it off. It it is not correct, you are not rejected for the position. They would talk to you first. Go ahead..
