What is the difference between the conclusion and the recommendation in a report writing?
If i write a creer plan what sort of recommendations could i write, and what do I conclude about?
A conclusions is a summary as well as the implications of the report. To give a very simple example: if you found that caffeine drinkers were more irritable, more frequently sad and more neurotic, you would summarise these finding and then say this implies that caffeine has a negative effect on people's mood.
A recommendation is what you believe should be done in future research to clarify the results, as well as where you believe a solution to a problem might be. So, to use the same example again you might say: It is recommended that future research focuses more on the differences in mood that caffeine effect when taken in varying amounts in order to clarify the extent to which caffeine has a negative effect. If future research continues to find what this and other studies have alluded to, it may be useful to address the issue more actively by raising awareness for caffeine drinkers.
If you give me more info about the career plan I can maybe point you in the right direction with a more relevant example
