Writing A Report For Kids

writing a report for kids"writing a report for kids"
my 10 year old is doing a report on the titanic and need to know when writing a report the different parts?

not sure of the format of a report for kids that age and haven't been able to find anything to help him thanks a bunch

For kids, the format is simple:

Introduction~~~this were the main topic will be introduced to the readers.

Body~~~~What do you want to say in the paper that goes with the main topic? Answering the who, what, where, how and why?

Conclusion~~~Closing arguments.

For example:

Introduce the titanic...telling the reader what it is and why is it so significant that you write about.... it is always good to start essays with a question.

Write a few paragraphs on basic information like what is the history, where was it heading, what were the people like, how was it made...stuff like that to show what happened to the ship and maybe why it happened

Conclusion....wrap up you main topic and arguments. What was the result and maybe how it affects American history?
