A dream come ________... can someone PLEASE finnish this phrase with the correct word?
I BET WE ALL KNOW THE WORD BUT WHAT IM LOOKING 4 IS THE SPELLING.. i was at work tonight writing up a report an it so happened that i wrote the phrase " dream come true" after proof reading it a co worker promptly corrected the word "true" with "TROUGH!!" and told me that i was using the word in the wrong context. i'd like to hear your thoughts... thank ew
no sorry.. i misspelt .. they said "THROUGH".. not trough.. still wrong though and get this!!... all of the managers say it's through too... and they clim to have previously been english tutors, scholars who studied in england and passed english with distinctions.. they're from the caribbean and i am too mind you so I'm not generalizing or anything
