Report Writing

Has anyone actually had derogatory items from credit report removed by writing a letter?

I'm interested to see if anyone has actually had success in having creditors remove negative items from their credit report by either writing to them or talking over the phone.

Yes, I had one removed last year. Some junk debt collector bought a debt that was time barred (I refused to pay for a cell-phone service that didn't work in my area.)
I sent a validation request and all they did was sell it off to another junk debt collector. I wrote the credit reporting agency and sent them my copies and proof of delivery (certified mail/return receipts) and the item was removed within 30 days.

When writing a report on a mystery book, are you suppose to reveal the mystery?

Im writing a report on a mystery book i read called Hardy Boys: The lost brother....i just wanted to know if when writing a book report about a mystery book do you have to reveal what the mystery was?? Or can anyone give me a short summary of the book Hardy Boys: The lost brother

no, you are not meant to reveal the mystery. Most of the time, the point of a book report is to persuade people into reading the book you read. I f you give away the ending, they wont have a reason to read the book. And what is up with the job thingy... lol
