Can you make a decent interpretation of Salvador Dali through Psychology?

I have a book report to do for my AP Psychology class and I have a book with the writings of Salvador Dali including his Paranoid-Critical theory can you actually come up with a good argument for his theory or is it just BS?

Why not do a google search on the type of art Dali did (surrealism) and then do another google search on how that relates to the field of psychology (and also historical issues such as the World Wars and the Spanish Civil War during his art work). Use specific paintings of Dali as your argument.

Report Writing Skills

Uni report - i have to write about a subject of my choice, but im unsure of what subjects will meet criteria.?

I am studying hnc building studies and have been asked to write a report for my study skills assignment. The report must include statistical information, diagrams, must answer a question and must give reccomendations on the topic chosen. I was thinking about writing about jet engines but i cant really give reccomendations on them. Anyone got any ideas? cheers

I suggest that you check with your tutor that the topic will be okay - and they may have some ideas of any recommendations you could reach, if jet engines is okay! However, I know you say it can be a subject of your choice, but what exactly do jet engines have to do with building studies?! And what will the question be that you must answer?

Why not do something like your local airport - where people fly to from there, and so on. Your question could be on whether the terminus should be rebuilt (based on things like how old the building is, how many it was built to cater for and how many use it now). Do not use any financial arguments, however, that makes it too difficult, and is not part of your remit! The statistics used will show how passengers have increased in time, how much they are likely to grow in the future and so on! I am not talking about getting another runway, or expanding the airport, just a new terminus so it copes better with the number of users!

how do you start wrtting a report on a business?

i need help!!!! how do you start writting a report on a business(cadbury) i need an outline for what to write, and some pointers on how to make it sound good
thnx in advance

Start by focusing on what this report is about. Is this about

- opportunities in the market
- a full blown SWOT
- analysis of their market share
- report on the chocolate industry in the US
- report on he chocolate industry (and Cadbury's share) in the global market
- comparison of their products with other chocolates (what's their unique selling proposition)

Then you can start doing your research to support your report

How do I improve my writing skills on the job. I have to write letters, reports and such in a short time?

I just landed a job with a prestigious organisation as an executive assistant. I am very excited, however, I am scared and very self conscious about my business writing abilities.

Most businesses use pattern letters. They are forms that you just fill in the specific details and address. You can buy a book of the most common ones at any bookstore. Good luck with your new job.
