The best place for information would be straight from the USC School of Theatre web site:
http://theatre.usc.edu/degree-programs/
How long you have to study?
It's still part of a typical college/university, so the typical time is 4 years.
You can count out all the Minors and Masters programs.
You can't get a minor without a major (for your Bachelors), and a Masters is for graduate work, unless you've already completed your undergraduate degree and are trying to apply to the graduate school.
So your choses are really limited to just the first 5 Bachelor programs for your undergrad major.
But looking at its admissions information, looks like it's pretty tough to get in. Not only do you have to do the usual college application to USC, but you have have to submit a supplemental application to see if you get accepted into the School of Theatre itself, and do an audition and interview too.
