I surpervise this lady that works with me. She sits around doing nothing all day, and when she does do something, she messes everything up. I've seen people come and go for the same reasons, however, doesn't matter how many times I write reports to my managers regarding her attitude and quality of work, she just keeps getting raises for doing a well done job?

I mean what kind of crap is that? just because she's black and she threatens my managers with discrimination she can get away with it?

Sorry I just think it's wrong. Where's the equality there?

Im not racist Just getting that out there now.
I used to live in Utah and there is alot of Mexican immigrants. They are illegal and they get all the welfare, they have kids and get free green cards. We reward them by breaking the law. Then they stay on welfare and get majority of the low income housing when it should go to people who actually work and cant afford normal housing. Not all of them are like that (my sister is married to a mexican guy) but there is a huge percent that are. I havent had many problems with anyone who is black. I have a black cousin who lives in utah and he says people tend to ignore him and blame him for crap.
I live in Canada now and the Native american/aborginal/first nations people have lots of benifits. Like on reserve they pay there kids to attend public school but you have to be of that race. I think that is racist but If I say a word I am being racist.
People need to ignore skin color and accept we are all one race: HUMAN.
