If I send this to a Scout or a club will it work? (Football - Soccer)?

If I sent recored myself playing football on the pitch e.g. a game. (Of me) and also gave details about me.
And also recored some of the tricks I could do e.g. rainbow flick.
Also my footballer manger (The dude helps you to train sorry I didn't know what the word was I know it something like "Couth") Writing something about like

-How good do I work on the pitch
-Do I support and encourage the people on my team
-Am I a hard worker on the pitch
Est. Like giving me a report how I do

Then Could I send all of this off to a professorial football team e.g. Manchester United and see if they think I am a talent they could come over to see me (The scouts) and stuff? will it work?

If not can you give me tips on how to get noticed by any scout.

Your best bet would be like to be the highest scorer on your team or something and you guys win the champions ships or state finals

And even then no scout From man united will come only local team scouts will come and observe you

Also your best bet would be to join their academy, then prove your self good enough. Make the B team. Then you make the A team. How do you think all those barca players get on the team? Other than exceptional talent. Other than that you could try trials
eventually make the A team.

There are 1 million people out there that can send man united a video of how good they are out of the 1 million why would they come to you? You have to show them that your worth their time
