I think I was fired because of a ongoing federal investigation Can I sue in detroit mi?
Ok I was wrongfully terminated for something I wasn't invovled . 2 guys I work with sexually offended a Female security guard .She was offended by what was said and asked me whatto do I told here to go write up a report and tell the store manger but she didn't . I told one of the guys to aplogize for what was said which he did and the guard didn't report the incident .Someone else report the whole thing and I got fired .But I was there buit really didn't hear what was said .She had even recorded the whole conversation Which I wasn't involved . But Now I found out that the corperation was under federal investigation for sexual harassment charges .I think they came down on me to make them self look good to the feds .All 3 people that where involved told the corperate investigator that I wasn't involved and I was fired because I didn't report the whole thing even though I had solved the whole thing . Do you think I can su for wrongful termination?
