I'm not a native speaker of English. So I'm not sure whether my writing is natural about "What's your strong point and weak point?"
Can you make it natural please!!

Perseverance is my strong point. The facts that my having running whole distance in Marathon and succeeding in meeting with a Technical Sales Consultant that I had not met before are good examples.
My weak point is the time planing to do something go long because I start to many cases and results. It seems to be careful but can be somewhat not efficient.
So when there are something I have to do, I take a memo with them by the order of priority. And whenever one of them are done I delete it. It really works to reduce time.

I love English but really difcult.
What's your native language? You might be better off to post it the way you'd like to say it and ask someone to translate it for you...

My weak point is that I'm not as efficient as I could be. I take longer than some people would to do some tasks because I usually take on too much. However, I'm trying to rectify that by prioritizing things and writing memos to myself. I'm finding that as I do this more and more, I'm becoming more and more efficient.
