Report Writing In Social Work

report writing in social work"report writing in social work"
Social services have been informed i could potentially harm my child, its not true!?

Its not true my Wife is trying to take my child away from me.
They are recommending i do a mental health assessment.
I am afraid they will falsify the results to take my child from me as she has got everyone against me, health advisor,dr,social work dept. The report they wrote is nonsense that i have currently. And my Wife and child are no longer at home they took them from me.

If i refuse can they come and take me for an emergency assessment and section me. I think this is disgusting i am totally sane i hold down a top job and would never harm anyone. I have no mental health problems any time in my life. I believe my Wife has had problems though. But i am the one being wrongly accused here, its dreadfull.

Social services, doctors and such have to be of a neutral viewpoint. They cannot falsify records just to get the outcome a certain person wants. That doesn't happen. Because of the compensation culture and today's society suing for everything left right and centre no one can afford to make such blatant errors in procedures for fear of losing money through appeals and such.

What I would suggest is get in touch with a lawyer and keep any correspondence and such logged with them but also comply with every request. This will prove you are willing to go through any hoops they want to throw at you in order for you to see your child.

So far the report they may have will only be one sided because they have only spoken to your wife. They have to follow up any leads or accusations until they are satisfied. They will see through any lies that are told.

Lastly, you can only be sectioned against your will if you are deemed to be a danger to yourself or anyone around you but it must be proven without a doubt. I wouldn't worry about that.
