Major/Minor for Technical Writing?
I absolutely love to write, and I am great with computers and technology, so I would really like to pursue a career in technical writing.
I want to major in English, with a minor in either Computer Applications or Computer Science.
My university also has a way for me to earn a Professional Writing Certificate and a Certificate in Computer Applications/Computer Programming that I can earn alongside my degree.
Does this sound like a good way to pursue a career in technical writing?
Did I pick an okay major, minor, and additional professional certificates?
