how to write a buisness plan report?

hi, i want to start a small Business ... i want to put 1 of my design into the market. its a product. i haven't done anything to it, apart from just having the idea and design. How can i go about starting this and turning it into a Business? .. i am a newbie, really don't know what to do, please offer some advise. Thanks!

just start with small shop nothing big.
1. first checkout the market for just what you want to sell.
2. Look at location for your business. it should be potential(Customer prospective)
3. Arrange some fund for it. many resources you can find.
4. keep costs low.
5. Make a business plan(always overestimate expenses and underestimate revenues.)
6. Focus on marketing. start with your mouth and business cards. tell more people about your designs.
7. talk to some fashion houses about your designs.
8. Read some good books on design
