what should i do the report on?

ok am given 4 choices and i have to pick one out of them. i just want to know which one will be easier to write on. here r the choices:

1.your workin in a computers company in the human resource dept. need to write a report on the reasons for a high turnover & wat action shud b taken.

2.the owner of g centre has acquired an acre of a land adjoining the centre. you need to write a report on how the extra space can b used. e.g parking ,equipment, furniture etc

3.the student union in college has been given a large space on the ground floor.
outline the services u want to provide, resources u'll need & an estimate cost.

4.recently alot of stock has been lost through break -ins and theft. write the report on the weaknesses in current security
e.g lack of supervision , no checking out at gate etc......
