Not much to be honest. It sounds like mostly fluff to me. I owuld prefer that you state what you actually did in concrete terms and tell me how it helped the company or project. So rather than "Implementing data and programs using strategic means" say something like "Analyzed cost and labor ratio's of differing vendor quotes and services to select most beneficial software. Proposed and applied plan to use company resources for software support, saving the organization over $50k over 3 years."


PHP, MySQL, Apache, HTML, CSS, web development is OK though because it is concrete.
