HOW TO START A CREATIVE WRITING REPORT -- HELP!?

For my creative writing class, i need to write 3/4 - 1 page about CAMDEN TOWN in london

I have to write what i see, feel, hear , smell and possibly taste.

I have to write this report using very good vocabulary.

The only problem is I DONT KNOW HOW TO START IT :S or how i should set the rest of it out :S

COULD SOMEONE PLEASEEEEEEEEEE HELP ME!
I just need a rough idea on how to start it and how i should set the rest of the report out (for example, 1st paragraph should be about ???? 2nd paragraph should be about ???? etc )

PLEASE HELP!!!

start with a cathcy opening paragraph. it should maybe start with a question such as
"have you ever touched your feet to the smooth side walk of camden town? have you smelled the beautifull smells coming from the near by ocean? have you tasted the warm bread fresh from the oven? the book you are about to read captures the whole experience many people dont get to have of being swallowed in the life of this wonderful town"

i dont know much about the place so it is not exact.
