I am assuming you took notes. If you didn't, you may have great difficulty with your assignment. Anyway, here's a way to do it:

1. Start with the overall title of the workshop
Include in this paragraph the names of the principal speakers and the location of the workshop

2. Give the title of the first course
Tell the speaker's name and what the purpose of the course was
Tell the ways in which the speaker got his point across
Mention anything you felt was lacking in the course - or ideas presented that you and your company have already tried and found lacking.
Mention any new insights or innovations that excited you and that you feel you could implement back at the office

3. Follow the above outline for each of the courses.

4. Create a summary paragraph
In this, tell what new things look promising to use at your office, and praise the best speakers. If the whole thing was unsatisfactory, say that and tell why.
