What's the word for "transfer data to e report "?
Hello everybody,
I am writing documentation about a software program and I would like to know what the exact term for one procedure is. What is the word (or phrase) for the action when a program transfers data to e report?

"Upload" would be the term to use when something is being transferred to a server. It has the connotation of the user actually having to initiate the process, but that doesn't always hold true.
"push" is the reverse, when the server puts data onto the client.
