Writing Evaluation Report

I have to write an evaluation report for school. Please help?

it's supposed to be an evaluation report based upon the book 'touching spirit bear' . I need some pointers and good ways to start and end the report itself.
If any of you guys have read touching spirit bear..it has to be about whether or not Cole should be transferred back to regular justice or go back tot he island.

I have not read the book, but noticed you had no answers so thought I'd try to help. You've probably thought at this point about what your opinion is. Go back and look at the two choices and list three reasons for each one.

Start your report with a description of the book, as if you were telling a friend about it. For instance, "Cole is a man with a big problem." Talk about whether he created the problem for himself or was caught up in circumstances he couldn't control.

Then discuss your question, discussing each of your three pros and cons.

Finish by showing your own choice of what should be done, and explain why you picked it.

Then close by using some of the information from your beginning, such as "Perhaps Cole wouldn't have had such a big problem if he...."
