Where can I find sample Police Report Scenarios (Narratives)?

This question is for Police Field Training Officers. I have a trainee who is struggling with report writing.He investigates the calls okay but has no clue how "write what happened" so to speak. He has problems with report structure and chronology. I need some sample narratives of various types of report calls like domestics, robberys, etc. Does anyone knows of any free sources on the web that would contain this types of material? Or, if you training officers have any of your own that you can send me then please advise. I could use this material for future trainees as well. Since you said "I have a trainee", I assume you are an FTO. Why don't you have him read some of your past reports? Presumably you have been on the force long enough to have accumulated a variety of reports he could read.
