How do I go about writing a proposal for Experimental Psychology class?

My teacher is not really explaining this very well...

The topic I want to focus on involves alcohol consumption and conformity among college students.

He had us research articles on our topics and I found quite a few, but I don't really know where to go from here. Any suggestions? I'm so lost, never done anything like this before.

Here is my answer: These were developed to solve problems made from our society on each of us. It would be best to serve helping the society to change. That means opening the secrets to all people. Teach each one the same secrets and adjust for the different body types. Socialism tries to do that. If the government pays when people get sick then the government changes the society even though it is very slow in doing so. Go to Europe or Canada and see the changes already in place eh? In the UK teens and adults can go to a free sex clinic. You want to study alcoholism but what about the causes of alcoholism eh?

Writing a proposal to management about hosting a walkathon (could also be a fundraiser). why host etc.. ideas?

I'm trying to use it as a means to boost employee relations, company image, and community involvement. I need to include how a walk-a-thon can achieve these and benefits to the company. Also, any other ideas for events, programs, activities that can achieve the aforementioned (employee relations, company image etc.) is welcomed.

Good publicity is hard to buy. Major companies are pairing up with causes to help out situations . Its also a win-win situation regarding exposure and publicity.

Your company will get recognition with their own advertising but probably also through the causes or organizations website, brochures and pamphlets.

Good press may not be cheap sometimes but its the name of the game.

This would also help employee moral by being able to mingle on a social level. People who have friends at the office tend to skip or quit a job less.

By 'non-technical', they don't want you going into great detail (equations, graphs, etc). They want you to give a quick overview of your proposed project, how it fits into the field, and what you'll be doing that's original. Find out if you should be citing sources or not (referencing other work in the field).

What topic should I do a proposal on?

I have to do a proposal for a college technical writing class, just to practice writing one, not for a real proposal. But I'm drawing a blank and was hoping you all could give me some good suggestions for topics, maybe something you've used in the past, or heard about? The topic can be anything! (I am a psychology major, if that helps.) Thanks!

Why not write a proposal to a senior fellow at your university (if they have a Master's or Doctorate program) to ask he/she to sponsor your thesis? You'll want to have a basic question to be answered for your 'fake' thesis.

Create a website to show your projects?

I read a recent article about finding jobs. At the end, a tip was to create a website so you can keep your previous work there instead of bringing it to a job interview (it could also show that you have technical skills). I'm not talking about an architecture portfolio online for example, more like written work for development proposals and things of that nature. Basically large amounts of text.
